Getting Together

Getting is an American situation comedy, that aired on the ABC television network throughout the 1971-72 season. It stars Wes Stern as Bobby Conway along with Bobby Sherman along with Lionel Poindexter, a duo. The pilot for the show had aired the last spring first season finale episode of The Partridge Family called"A royal prince", by which Lionel and Bobby were introduced into one another by the Partridges. Stern's along with sherman personalities were allegedly based on the songwriting group of Boyce and Hart, who'd written hits for The Monkees, both Jay and the Americans, along with others. Audio needless to say turned into a staple of this series, given by a lot of the team that generated the Partridge Family songs and records. Most of these songs are from two Bobby Sherman albums -- Getting Together and Only For You.
