Israel "Reefa" Hernandez Jr, an 18-year-old Colombian immigrant and talented musician, is investing his last summertime in Miami with buddies, household and his brand-new girl Frankie before relocating to New York City on an art scholarship. While Israel and his good friends skateboard the city roads and also spray paint the walls of Wynwood, Miami's graffiti Capital, stress and anxieties arise twofold: Israel as well as his family members nervously await their Environment-friendly Cards while he desperately looks for recognition for his art.
